  • c.a.s.e. inc reserves the right to not hang inappropriate work and reserves full discretion on deciding what is or isn’t inappropriate.

  • The judge’s decision is final and no debate will be entered into regarding awards, wins or prizes.

  • Rights of reproduction for promotion and archive purposes are reserved by c.a.s..e. inc.

  • All artworks must be original and the property of the artist.

  • c.a.s.e. inc  will exercise reasonable care of works entered but accepts no responsibility for loss or damage.

  • Unclaimed postcards: after 1 month become property of c.a.s.e. unless other arrangements have been made.
